We employ incarcerated persons

Since October 2017, we have been gradually giving the opportunity to work to incarcerated persons.

The work takes place in selected correctional institutions. Cooperation with correctional institutions is obviously a mutual benefit. For those incarcerated, this is part of the rehabilitation process – so important during serving the sentence. They gain experience and prepare for the new stage of life that awaits them after their sentence. The most important thing for our company is stability of employment and such exceptional cooperation guarantees it.
